If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let the bartenders know before ordering - were happy to guide you.

Most of our drinks contain house-made syrups, fresh juices, and specialty ingredients like orgeat, falernum, coconut, and various bitters.

While we do our best, our bar is not an allergen free environment.

Orgeat is a syrup made with almond, sugar, and orange flower water. It’s a staple in Tiki Cocktails - most famously in the Mai Tai. CONTAINS NUTS.

Falernum is a complex spiced syrup made with lime, ginger, clove, almond, sugar, and rum. It’s also a staple in many Tiki Cocktails. CONTAINS NUTS

Clarified Milk Punch is a classic technique where milk and acid are used to clarify a cocktail. It removes impurities and tannins, leaving a clear, silky drink. It’s NOT milky - but lactose remains. Not suitable for dairy allergies. CONTAINS DAIRY.
